Trina Morgan

Trina was born just down the road in Brownfield, Texas. She grew up on the cotton farm in Gaines county. She has been married to Dr. Morgan for 42 years. They have three grown children and six lovely grandchildren. She has a Bachelors in Science from West Texas State University in Canyon, TX, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.

She is Team support for the office. She takes care of anything the team needs to be sure they have the tools to offer patients the best experience possible. She handles the legal side of the practice and makes Financial decisions. She loves to see the patients’ reaction after a smile transformation. She feels it’s a thrilling and very fun experience to be a part of.

She is involved in her local church and helps care for the elderly. She loves spending time with family, traveling and reading.

Hailey Ketchersid

Hailey is Dr. Morgan and Trina’s middle daughter. She graduated in 2009 from Baylor College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of science in Dental Hygiene. Her parents opened up a practice in Midlothian, Texas, when she was 5 and she went K-12 in Midlothian and loved the small town community. She grew up hearing about dentistry and the dental office at the dinner table.

She swore she would never work in a dental office but once she started assessing her career path she knew that dental hygiene was a good fit for her. She enjoys working with her parents, she sees eye to eye with her dad on the clinical aspect of dentistry while learning marketing together with her mom. She loves seeing people gain confidence in their smiles and feels that’s definitely the most rewarding aspect of her job.

She is of the philosophy that healthy gums and appropriate form and function of your teeth changes everything- from how well you sleep to lowering inflammation markers in your body. For fun, she loves traveling with her family, photography and music.

Michael Olivas

Michael was born in Clovis NM, but grew up in Muleshoe TX. He has almost 10 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. He started off doing pediatric for almost 8 years, and worked as a general assistant for a few more.

He chose to work in the dental field because he has always loved teeth and making people feel happy and good about themselves. Michael is Dr. Morgan’s right hand! As his assistant, he sets up procedures, gets patients ready and makes sure everything goes as smooth as possible. His motto is “use your smile to change the world, don’t let the world change your smile!” He loves visiting his hometown, visiting his niece and nephew and just hanging with his two dogs, Rocket and Skye.

Tosha Mathews

Tosha commonly known as Tosh or TJ among her friends and family, was born in Lubbock and grew up in New Deal. She is the administrative assistant for Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry of Lubbock.

Dental wasn’t her first option but she took a leap into the dental world as an orthopedic clinician, then became a dental assistant for about 6 years. She then moved to an office where she learned about the front desk and loved it! She enjoys getting to know everyone who comes through their door as family not just patients. She loves following through with a patient. and believes it is important to build friendships even if they never come in.

She is married and has a lovely daughter, two dogs, a cat and a pig. She loves spending time with friends and family. Outside the office, she volunteers at church, likes to play cards, watch movies, cookout with friends, camping and fishing, reading books, and playing golf.

Dr. Davis Morgan

Dr. Morgan is truly passionate about dentistry, with a particular interest in aesthetic restorative dentistry and implantology. His commitment to using the finest technology, his artistic talents, and his enthusiasm for people have helped make Dr. Morgan a premier dentist.

Dr. Morgan continues to seek the finest education available to give his patients the best dental care possible. He receives over 50 hours of credits each year, far exceeding the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners requirement of only twelve.

He has completed courses at some of the most respected dental education centers in the nation, including Kois Center, LLC, in Seattle, Washington; the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida; the world-renowned Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida; University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio; Massad Learning Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma; the Center for Advanced Dental Education in Dallas and the Misch International Implant Center in Detroit, Michigan. In 2004, he was awarded Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Morgan considers himself a true West Texan. Growing up, his dad’s high school coaching career took him to several small West Texas communities, finally settling in Seagraves, where Dr. Morgan lived until attending West Texas State University. He then went on to receive his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.

Dr. Morgan met his wife, Trina, while in high school. She is truly a West Texas girl, straight from the cotton farm. Together they have two daughters, one son, and six grandchildren!

After graduation, Dr. Morgan stayed in the Dallas area, working as an associate before opening his own private practice in Midlothian. Dr. Morgan has been improving his skills and outcomes for patients by utilizing proven strategies paired with modern technology for the past 30 years.

Dr. Morgan anticipated a time when he and Trina could return to their West Texas roots. Trina has long suggested that Lubbock was in their future. Both Dr. Morgan and Trina’s mothers live here, as does their hygienist daughter, Hailey. During the Coronavirus lockdown, Dr. Morgan became convinced that Lubbock was a better place to be.

The idea of continuing his career in a new state-of-the-art dental facility in Lubbock became a goal. Having recently relocated to Lubbock from the DFW area, Dr. Morgan is excited to bring his advanced cosmetic and implant skills back home to West Texas.
