Complete Your Smile with Implants
All-on-X dental implants are an innovative way to replace an entire arch of missing teeth, using just four or six strategically placed implants, instead of needing an implant for every missing tooth. No more slipping dentures or messy adhesives—just a comfortable, confident smile that you can rely on!
Why All-on-X Implants Are Right For You
- Get long-lasting results with a strategic, durable design.
- Say goodbye to the discomfort and inconvenience of traditional dentures.
- Speak clearly and confidently without worrying about your teeth slipping.
- Custom-craft your restoration to complement your features for a natural smile.
- Help preserve your jawbone by preventing deterioration.
- Eat your favorite foods and rediscover the joy of a healthy, functional smile.
When All-on-4 is The Right Fit For Your Smile
The All-on-4 technique is famous for a reason: it creates a full, fixed smile using just four implants, often eliminating the need for bone grafting. It is designed to maximize the bone you do have, making it the perfect route for patients who want a permanent solution without a long, complex surgery.

Ideal candidates for All-on-4 implants include those who:
- Are tired of slipping, uncomfortable dentures.
- Have been told they don’t have enough bone for traditional implants.
- Want a fixed, permanent smile in a shorter timeframe.
- Want to stop bone loss and look younger.
- Are ready to eat, speak, and smile without hesitation again.
- Are senior patients looking for a permanent solution to tooth loss
When We Recommend All-on-6 (Extra Stability)
While All-on-4 is transformative, sometimes nature allows for even more support. If Dr. Morgan’s 3D imaging reveals that you have sufficient bone density, he may recommend placing six implants instead of four.
Think of this as extra reinforcement for your smile. Two additional implants distribute your biting force more evenly, offering maximum strength and longevity. Dr. Morgan often suggests All-on-6 for patients who:
- Have enough natural bone structure to support extra implants.
- Have a naturally strong bite and need maximum durability.
- Want the absolute highest level of stability for their permanent teeth.
What to Expect During Your Procedure
We take great pride in providing customized solutions. For this reason, many of our implant procedures require multiple visits for a complete transformation, and you’ll be guided through each and every one of them. Dr. Morgan will consult with you before the procedure begins to go over your treatment plan, but it typically follows these steps:
- First, we will examine your teeth, gums, and bone structure to ensure you qualify for All-on-X implants. In some cases, we may need to treat any existing dental conditions, like gum disease, or remove diseased teeth before beginning the implant process. In other cases, Dr. Morgan may recommend bone grafts if you lack sufficient jawbone tissue. Since this procedure uses only a handful of implants, Dr. Morgan can place them in areas that maximize your current healthy bone structure.
- Next, Dr. Morgan will numb and prepare each implant site. We provide sedation during the dental implant procedure. After placing the implants, you will need to rest for a few days. Then our team will fit you with a temporary prosthesis to wear over your implants while the lab creates your permanent replacement teeth and the implants integrate.
- This is our favorite day. Once your mouth has fully healed and your final, permanent aesthetics are crafted, we have your “Celebration Appointment.” This is the moment we reveal your permanent smile, and you get to see the new, confident version of yourself in the mirror for the first time. It’s not just about teeth; it’s about celebrating the start of your new life.

Keeping Your New Smile Radiant
Full-arch implants are just as susceptible to plaque buildup as your natural teeth. If you fail to clean your new restoration, it can lead to stains, tartar buildup, and oral infections.
Fortunately, maintaining your new implants is simple and straightforward. You only need to brush and floss daily and schedule regular preventative care appointments. Use a floss threader or water flosser to clean between the prosthesis and gum tissues and around the base of each dental implant.
Why Trust Your Smile to Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry?
We are not a general dental office that “also” does implants. Restoring smiles is what we do.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this procedure painful?
While some discomfort is normal after any surgical procedure, most patients report minimal pain. We use local anesthesia during the procedure, and we can provide medication to manage any post-operative discomfort.
How long does the implant procedure take?
The surgical placement of the implants typically takes 2-3 hours per arch. In most cases, patients can receive their new teeth on the same day as the procedure.
How long will my implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups, your All-on-4 or All-on-6 implants can last a lifetime. The prosthetic teeth attached to the implants typically last 10-15 years and may need to be replaced over time.
What if I don’t have enough bone for implants?
The All-on-4 procedure often eliminates the need for bone grafting, making it an excellent option for patients with lower bone density. During your consultation, we will assess your jawbone structure to determine the best course of action.
Will my new smile look natural?
Absolutely! The prosthetic teeth used in All-on-4 and All-on-6 procedures are custom-designed to fit your mouth and match the appearance of natural teeth. You’ll be able to smile, eat, and speak with confidence.
