1. Why did you choose LBK Smile Design after searching as far as New York and Mexico?
Chris: I had been looking for a long time because of so many problems, broken and sore teeth. I called everyone from New York and California to Mexico. When I called LBK, Haley answered the phone. She walked me through exactly what I needed to do and made me feel comfortable immediately. That first connection changed everything.
2. What was the most important part of the care you received?
Chris: The feeling of not being judged. That was a beautiful thing. When you have dental problems, you’re often self-conscious, but here, I felt accepted from day one. Everyone was just focused on helping me get to the finish line.
3. Many people avoid the dentist out of fear. What was your mindset before coming in?
Chris: I was really nervous. To be honest, the thought of going to a dentist was terrifying for me. But from the moment I made that first call and actually walked through the door, the experience was awesome. The team was so welcoming and kind that the ‘terror’ just disappeared.
4. How has your new smile practically changed your daily life?
Chris: It’s affected everything. It’s changed the way I interact with people and the way I look at myself in the mirror. Even the way I eat is different. I’m most excited to finally sink my teeth into anything, steak, tortillas, ice cream without pain. Having a reason to smile and actually being able to do it again is the best feeling in the world.

Chris: Just make the call. I know that just the thought of it can be terrifying, it was for me, but actually taking that first step and making the phone call changed my entire world. Don’t let the fear in your head stop you from the result.
